You can partner with a coach who is there for you, and who has gone through the “university of life” and understands your challenges. I will be your guide, and together we navigate the changes and challenges that appear along your journey. Working together you can expect to:

I love working with people and help them get excited about what is possible in life. My passion is empowering my clients to become mentally and emotionally healthier, happier and feel more fulfilled and confident in their lives.

I believe that the essence of achieving the life we want is about finding out who we are and letting go of everything that doesn't serve us anymore. That allows us to connect to what we want, and we start trusting ourselves in the process. Coaching is the road to closing that gap between the present and the future.

On this insightful journey, I help my clients create results they are proud of, and that change their lives for the better.

Training, qualifications and experience:

Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Performance/Life Coaching with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Level 5 Higher Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (QCF)

Qualified Teacher – over 30 years of experience working in education

Mindfulness practice & delivering mindfulness programmes

Experience in loss and grief work

Session are about achieving lasting positive changes. The duration of our work depends on the nature of your goals and your commitment.

Fees:  £45/hour
