We offer Accredited Supervision Training courses for professional, qualified Counsellors. We began this training in 1999 on the realisation of an acute shortage of professional training programmes offered for those wishing to become a supervisor. We deliver our course twice per year in a variety of locations, wherever the demand is geographically.
Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision Level 7
This is for qualified practitioners wishing to obtain formal training in the art of being a supervisor. It is designed for those who are considering starting a supervision practice and those already offering supervision without training, as well as for those who have ‘fallen’ into being a supervisor through the requirements of their occupation. It is important to state that this programme of learning is not following a specific or purist theoretical modality.
Entry Requirements: This course is only available to qualified counsellors/psychotherapists who have attained a minimum counselling qualification of Ofqual Level 4 or equivalent. In addition to being senior practitioners, applicants are expected to demonstrate their capacity to study at postgraduate level.
It is for those able to demonstrate that they can study at postgraduate level (Level 7). It is important to state that this programme of learning is integrative and experiential in style and not following a specific or purist theoretical modality. The course, accredited by the NCIP is available to qualified practitioners who have attained a minimum counselling qualification of Ofqual Level 4 or equivalent and who are fully established in their theoretical underpinnings and willing to integrate and apply this learning into their own model of working. (Previous graduates have been experienced practitioners working in the Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Integrative, Eclectic, T. A., Psychosynthesis, CBT, Gestalt and other theoretical models).
KRCS happily comply with the NCIP processes to ensure external scrutiny of our training. In addition, we employ an External Examiner (approved by the NCIP) to demonstrate how seriously we take external validation of our work.

Coaching Supervision Programme
Skilled Coaching Supervision is a superpower!
Be part of the support mechanism for the many experienced and newly qualified coaches here in the UK.
Coaching is and always has been a modality recognised and valued by the NCIP. It is part of the future, and we can celebrate that it is now accepted in multiple and diverse fields. More and more coaches are leading in education, clinical practice and private industry, sharing their skills and literally making the world a better place.
In order for these Coaches to be a success, they need supervisors who understand them and their modality. Supervisors who will coach them in their chosen behaviours and not fall into ‘tell’ and ‘advice.’
Come and join us.
Entry Requirements: There are two routes: Direct entry for Simply Changing Graduate Coaches, or if you are an experienced Coach who holds a recognised coaching Diploma and has not trained Simply Changing, please submit a video of your coaching with a chronological reflection which highlights your coaching behaviours and anything that you would change if you had coached that session again.
