How to Apply for Member Accreditation

The criteria for Accredited Status or Senior Accredited status is provided in the forms below.

Please apply by downloading and completing the application form, which is in a portfolio format.

You can send it to us by email or Dropbox.  There is a fee of £250 which should be paid when applying.
