About Simon Andrew Agnew - 362963^

Change Maker in Mental Health: Providing exceptional care for everyone. My practice offers a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals, families, and organisations can access the best private mental health care and guidance. Utilising an integrative model that combines key approaches from cognitive behavioural therapy, psychological well-being, skills counselling, and advanced life coaching, this practice encourages active participation and empowers clients to create lasting change. With a diverse range of services for adults, families, and organisations, this practice is dedicated to helping clients prioritise their well-being and thrive.

My professional journey has encompassed varied fields, from the military to international organisations, and now centres on ensuring equitable access to essential mental health support. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges, achieve their goals, and flourish in all aspects of their lives.

With a master's in psychology, accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS), and extensive training in advanced life coaching, psychological well-being, and applied positive psychology, I connect my professional experience with the transformative power of mental health and psychosocial support.

As a mental health and well-being practitioner, I continually broaden my knowledge through research and ongoing professional development. In January 2025, I completed my post-graduate training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive and evidence-based counselling support. I am committed to advancing mental health support through innovative approaches, including the development of virtual counselling services that align with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Online Therapy (BACP OPT) framework.
