About Lucy Skilbeck - 362131^

I am an equine-facilitated psychotherapist and coach. Working with evidence-based somatic, cognitive and neurobiological techniques I provide an inclusive space for people to develop the resources, self-knowing and integration to support them in their recovery and growth towards resilience and wellness,

My background is in theatre, as a theatre director and actor trainer,  I bring this experience to support clients from the performing and creative industries. I am an experienced facilitator and teacher and have been with horses for much of my life. I practice relational horseship with the Being With Horses herd. Equine welfare and wellbeing is fundamental to Being With horse care and this is reflected in the horses' ability to be with clients in profound and moving ways.

Sessions take place outdoors, in nature, with the herd or 1:1 with one of the horses. Being with nature contributes to therapeutic space but indoors and online sessions are also available and can be part of a package of sessions.
